A welcome break

Sorry for not updating my blog for such a long time, but I've been having major work done at the house. New kitchen, bathroom, rewire, central heating and now I'm awaiting the arrival of the woodworm man. He is going to remove all the woodwormy floor boards, treat and replace with new ones. I'm just hoping the joists aren't also effected. If so that will be another major job. I'll stick a couple of pictures up here soon to show you.
I'm off for the Easter holidays, its great working in a school. I've finished decorating because of the woodworm and have picked up the laptop and started writing once again. I've sent out a few things and am currently working on rewriting two novels. Yes I'm doing them together, it keeps them fresh in my mind. They are both so different.
P.s for those of you who saw how old I was, I'm not but I'm not going to let you know exactly how old I am. A girl has to have her secrets.

hi susan

yeah, i got that same comment about my novel - needs more plot. but i'd already started writing another novel and i won't be able to get back to the first one until i've finished the second. interested to see that you are rewriting two at the same time. maybe i should give it a go. look forward to more blogs about the exercise!

cheers, candy

Hi Candy,

Thanks for popping across and commenting. I often am working on more than one thing at a time. I find it helps clear the mind of debris. If I'm stuck on one the other seems to work. Rewriting is fun and as the two books here are so different you don't get the two mixed up.

Susan
