Collecting it on Saturday...

I've just had a call to say the long awaited book 'Rift' by Beverley Birch has arrived in the bookshop. But I can't collect it until Saturday....but I'll be down first thing. I'm eagerly awaiting my sit on the sofa, hot cup of cocoa and the chance to read. I might not even do the house work.

My son's trip to Birmingham was good. He didn't remember to take any photo's so I can't show you. But he came back with a T'Shirt, posters and other bits. I was surprised that he didn't buy any Warhammer figures. After all he did take £70 with him. But he wasdisappointedd that most of the figures he would have wanted run out before he got to thebeginningg of the queue. "Never mind," he says "I'll buy some down the shop!"

I'm still finishing the first draft my latest novel for 7-9's. I did hope to have finished by now, but the characters had other ideas. But the end is in sight...
